About Us
We’re on a mission to elect more Democrats to office — at every level. And we know that real change begins at the local level. As two female entrepreneurs, we started and self-funded Hey Victor because we are passionate about down-ballot candidates and campaigns having access to websites that are beautiful, effective, and affordable.
We’re proud to help Democratic candidates, organizations, and causes be the victors.

Co-Founder
Giovanna has spent a decade working at the intersection of design, technology, and organizing. In 2015, Giovanna left her job in tech and joined the Hillary for America campaign as a field organizer in Miami, FL. After the election she knew her calling was in Democratic politics. She was appointed to be the Communications Chair of the Miami-Dade County Democrats and was later hired as the Digital Director for the Florida Democratic Party.

As the Digital Director for For Our Future FL in 2018 and Senior Digital Advisor in 2020, she managed the statewide digital programs and built the largest volunteer run peer-to-peer texting programs on the IE side.

Before switching careers in 2015, Giovanna was the Director of Strategic Design at Rokk3r Labs, a company cobuilder and startup incubator in Miami, where she managed a team of designers and developers using human-centered design practices to build digital products in a variety of industries.

Giovanna is a graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn where she earned her BFA in Communications Design. She lives and works between Miami and NYC and has a passion for making progressive political campaigns more accessible and engaging, leveraging people’s personal networks to win elections, and building and maintaining a digital infrastructure that enables candidates and policy to win at every level of office.
